The Ruhrverband (Rv) And The Emschergenossenschaft\/Lippeverband (Eglv) Jointly Operate A Water Management Operational Laboratory (Cooperation Laboratory, Kl), Which Is Not Active On The Third-Party Market And Serves To Support The Respective Operational Processes. It Support For The Collaborative Laboratory Has Historically Been Provided By The It Departments Of The Parent Associations. In Order To Increase Operational Efficiency And Employee Satisfaction, The Kls It Infrastructure Was Fundamentally Restructured And Set Up As An Independent It Environment. The New It Environment Is Currently Being Established And Will Begin Active Operation In The Third Quarter Of 2026 In Accordance With A Developed Operating Concept (Bk). The Subject Of The Tender Is The Operation Of The Cooperation Laboratorys Independent It Infrastructure, Including All Associated Services. The Contractor Must Have The Necessary Technical, Personnel And Organizational Skills As Well As Sufficient Capacities To Ensure Secure, Stable And Audit-Proof Operation Of The It Infrastructure In A Regulated Environment. There Is A Comprehensive Operating And Service Concept For The Operation Of The It Infrastructure, On The Basis Of Which Future Service Provision Will Take Place. At The Beginning Of The Contract Term, A Structured, Three-Month Handover And Training Phase (Transition) Must Be Carried Out Together With The Previous Service Provider. After The Three-Month Implementation Phase Has Been Completed, Regular Operations Will Predominantly Take Place Remotely. On-Site Operations Are Only Planned If There Is An Absolute Technical Necessity, Especially For Hardware-Related Measures. The Contract Term Is Four Years And Begins On March 1, 2027. The Client Is Entitled To Extend The Contract Once By Up To Two Years If The Cooperation Is Successful. At The Conclusion Of The Award Procedure, An Evb It Contract Is Concluded With The Future Contractor (A Draft Of The Evb It Contract Including The Appendices Is Included In Part 1.3).
