The Nature Of The Provision Of Catering Services Is Considered Specific With Regard To The List Resulting From Appendix 3. Of The Public Procurement Code Of April 1, 2019. The Framework Agreement Is Passed According To The Adapted Procedure Market Procedure, In Application Of Article R. 2123-1 3° Of The Public Procurement Code. This Public Service Contract Gives Rise To The Establishment Of A Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders With A Single Economic Operator, Setting Out All The Stipulations Contractual And Executed As Purchase Orders Are Issued Without Negotiation Or Re-Competition, In Accordance With Articles L.2125-1, R.2162-2, R.2162-4, R.2162-13 And R.2162-14 Of The Public Order Code. The Contract Is Concluded At Unit Prices, With No Minimum Amount, But With A Maximum Annual Amount Of 130,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax, This Amount Constituting The Financial Limit Of The Contract, Within Which The Services Would Be Settled By Applying The Prices Indicated In The Unit Price Schedule (Bpu) To The Quantities Actually Executed. The Contract Is Concluded For An Initial Period Of One Year From December 5, 2026, Or Its Notification Date If This Occurs Later. It Can Be Renewed Three Times, By Tacit Agreement, Without Its Total Duration Exceeding Four (4) Years.
