Tenders Are Invited For Implementation Services For The Household Support Component, Within The Framework Of The France Rénov Territorial Pact

This Contract Must Make It Possible To Respond To The “Support” Aspect Of Households. The Audience Targeted By The Mission Will Only Concern Households (Owner-Occupiers Or Landlords) With Modest And Very Modest Incomes As Well As Landlords Under An Anah Agreement With Works. Continuing With Previous Operations, Component 3 “Support” Will Focus On The Themes Of Energy Renovation, Adaptation And The Fight Against Substandard Housing. Particular Attention Must Be Paid To Reconquering The Vacant Housing Stock. This Support Must Provide Technical, Legal And Administrative Advice. They Will Be Triggered At The Request Of Eligible Households After Guidance By The France Rénov Counter, If Applicable. The Contract Will Include A Part Under A Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders With No Minimum And An Annual Maximum Of €185,000 Excluding Tax.
