The Subject Of The Public Order Is Delivery, Ongoing Repair And Replacement Of A Section Of The Heat Pipe On The Iii-A Iskar Highway In The Hristo Smirnenski Residential Area From Chamber Khs 21-24 To As Of Bl. 47”. The Contracting Authority Envisages The Following Main Activities To Be Carried Out: Delivery And Implementation Of Dismantling And Assembly Works To Replace Compromised Sections Of The Heat Transfer Network; Organization Of The Activities Of Collection, Transportation, Disposal And Utilization Of The Construction And Other Waste, Which Arose As A Result Of The Implementation Of The Activities For The Realization Of The Object, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Law On Waste Management, As Well As All Amendments And Additions And The Ordinance On The Management Of Construction Waste And On The Use Of Recycled Construction Materials, As Well As All Amendments And Additions. Carrying Out All The Samples, Tests And Laboratory Tests Provided For In The Technical Specification; Activities Related To The Protection Of The Environment And Measures To Reduce Harmful Effects On It; Removal Of Defects And Deficiencies Found During The Delivery Of The Object And Its Commissioning; Participation In The Procedure For Putting The Facility Into Operation; Removal Of Manifested Defects During The Warranty Periods Specified In The Award Contract.
