Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Furniture For Furnishing Classrooms For The Needs Of Nu St. St. Cyril And Methodius, Troyan

The Activities, The Subject Of The Public Procurement, Are Expressed In The Delivery (Including Assembly And Installation) Of Various Types Of Furniture For The Furnishing Of Rooms No. 103, 104, 105, 206, 207, The Office Of The Director And The Office Of The Accountant, Located In The Building Of The Nu St. St. Cyril And Methodius, Town Of Troyan, Town Of Troyan, Lovech Region, St. Kiril And Methodius No. 13. Upon Delivery Of The Furniture, It Should Be Accompanied By Quality And Origin Documents, Incl. Technical Documentation To Certify Compliance With The Technical Specifications Of The Employer, As Well As From A Warranty Card. In The Event That There Is A Deviation In The Parameters From Those Specified In The Technical Specification, Upon Delivery, The Contractor Should Prove With A Relevant Document That The Goods Meet The Requirements Defined In The Technical Specifications In An Equivalent Or Better Manner. All Deliveries Must Meet The Requirements Of The Current Bulgarian State Standards Or, If They Are Imported, Be Approved For Use On The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria And Be Of A Quality That Meets The Warranty Conditions. Implementation With Non-Standard Materials Is Not Allowed. Deliveries And Installation Are Made To The Following Address: Nu St. St. Cyril And Methodius, Town Of Troyan, Town Of Troyan, Region Of Lovech, Street Kiril And Methodius No. 13. The Goods That Are Subject To Assembly And/Or Installation Are Delivered Assembled Or Are Assembled On Site By Representatives Of The Contractor, During The Delivery-Transfer To The Specific Premises, After Which They Are Installed In The Relevant Premises. When Delivering The Goods, They Should Be Accompanied By A Goods Receipt, Quality And Origin Documents, Incl. Technical Documentation To Certify Compliance With The Technical Specifications Of The Employer, As Well As From A Warranty Card. Each Delivery Is Accepted By Drawing Up And Bilaterally Signing An Acceptance And Handover Protocol, Containing At Least Information About The Date Of Submission Of The Request, The Person Who Accepted The Goods, Type, Quantity And Value Of The Delivered Goods, Date Of Acceptance Of The Delivery. Employees Of The Contractor Shall Unpack And Assemble, When Applicable, The Delivered Furniture, In Order To Comply With The Requirements For Proper Installation Of The Furniture And The Subsequent Warranty Service. After The Completion Of The Work, The Contractor Shall Remove The Generated Waste, Packaging, Cartons, Etc. With His Own Funds. After Completing The Installation Of The Furniture And Removal Of The Generated Waste, A Handover Protocol Is Signed, Certifying The Delivery.
