Bids Are Invited For Concession For The Dieciochero Recoleta Carnival

Grant The “Production, Organization, Exploitation And Development Of The Recoleta Dieciochero Carnival, Versions 2026, 2027 And 2028” To Be Held At The “Leonel Sánchez” Recoleta Stadium On September 17, 18, 19 And 20, 2026, September 16, 17, 18 And 19 Of The Year 2027; And, On September 15, 16, 17, 18 And 19, 2028, For A Capacity Of Approximately 4,000 People. The Tender Will Include The Planning, General And Technical Production Of The Event, Including, Among Other Aspects, The Design, Assembly And Disassembly Of Infrastructure; Stage Installation; Lighting, Sound And Screen Systems; Hiring And Presentation Of Musical Shows And Artists; Animation; Technical And Artistic Production; Implementation Of Security Measures; Cleaning And Waste Management Services; Installation And Administration Of Food And Beverage Stands; Corresponding Sector Permits; Safety And Health According To Regulations; Preservation Of The Territorys Grass And All Other Actions Necessary For The Correct Development Of The Event. Likewise, The Concessionaire Will Be Responsible For The Commercial Exploitation Of The Event, In Accordance With The Conditions Established In The Bidding Rules, Including The Administration Of Spaces For Entrepreneurs, Food Trucks, Sponsors And Other Authorized Complementary Activities, And Must Guarantee The Proper Use Of The Venue And Its Return In Optimal Conditions At The End Of The Concession. He Will Also Be Responsible For Complying With All Sectoral Regulations, Both Health And Safety, And Must Duly Process The Corresponding Sectoral And Health Permits. The Event Will Be Owned By The I. Municipality Of Recoleta, Which Will Maintain Ownership Of Its Name, Institutional Image And Other Distinctive Elements Associated With The “Carnaval Dieciochero De Recoleta”, Without Prejudice To The Rights And Obligations That Are Contractually Established For The Concessionaire During The Indicated Period.
