The Service Providers Missions Will Be Of Two Types: - Mission 1: Advice And Concept Creation - Mission 2: Execution, Graphic/Multimedia Variation And Formatting This Is A Framework Agreement Within The Meaning Of Articles R. 2162-2 Et Seq. Of The Public Procurement Code Concluded With An Economic Operator. The Framework Agreement Sets Out All The Contractual Stipulations, It Will Be Executed As Purchase Orders Are Issued Under The Conditions Set Out In Articles R. 2162-13 And R. 2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code.
