The Consultation Concerns The Services Designated Below: Control Of The Work For The Restructuring And Expansion Of The Departmental Children’S Center Of Laire Toulonnaise. Funding For The Service Is Provided By The Departmental Budget. As Part Of The Services Covered By This Contract, The Holder Is Required To Respect And Apply The Regulations And Standards In Force. The Part Of The Forecast Financial Envelope Allocated To The Work Is 16,783,110.00 Euro(S) Excluding Tax With A Value Date Of May 2026. The Contract Was Awarded According To A Procedure With Negotiation In Application Of Article L. 2124-3 Of The Public Procurement Code. In Accordance With Article R. 2124-3 3° Of The Same Code, The Design Services Which Constitute A Significant Part Of This Contract Justify The Use Of This Procedure. In Accordance With Article R.2172-2 1° Of The Public Procurement Code, The Choice Not To Use The Competitive Purchasing Technique Is Justified By The Fact That The Main Purpose Of This Contract Is The Rehabilitation Of An Existing Structure. In Addition, The Extension Part Of The Project Is Not Subject To Architectural Constraints. Insertion Action: In Accordance With Articles L. 2112-2. And R. 2111-10. Of The Ccp, The Market Includes Social Characteristics (See Appendix 5 Integration Clause To These Regulations): It Is The Subject Of An Integration Action Through Employment According To The Provisions Of The Specifications Of Special Administrative Clauses. An Offer Which Does Not Meet This Condition Will Be Declared Irregular For Non-Compliance With The Specifications. Variations Are Not Permitted. This Restructuring And Extension Of The Departmental Childrens Center In The Toulouse Area Is Planned In Two Phases: A Firm Phase: An Optional Phase: Carrying Out Work On Building 3 With A View To Rehabilitation For Storage And/Or Administrative Use On The Solliès-Pont Site. The Amount Of The Overall Envelope Devoted To This Contract Amounts To 16,783,110.00 Euro(S) Excluding Tax And Broken Down As Follows: Firm Tranche Estimated At: 16,718,110 Euro(S) Excluding Tax Optional Tranche Estimated At: 65,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax. The Buyer Reserves The Right To Decide On The Strengthening Of The Optional Tranche By Service Order, Following Notification Of The Contract And At The Latest Before Notification Of The Service Order Starting The First Element Of The Mission.
