Subproject 1 Includes The Construction Of A New Laboratory And Office Building For Medicine (2Nd Construction Phase) With Estimated Construction Costs Of Approx. Eur 65 Million Gross (Kg 200-500); Construction Is Scheduled To Begin In May 2028 And Finish In May 2031. Subproject 2 Concerns A Teaching Building For Medicine (3Rd Construction Phase) And Is Designed As An Optional Service Component That Is Only Commissioned On Demand; The 3Rd Construction Phase Includes, Among Other Things: Internship Laboratories, Microscope Rooms, Seminar Rooms, Lecture Halls, A Library And A Cafeteria. The Estimated Construction Costs Here Are Around Eur 74 Million Gross (Kg 200-500); Construction Is Scheduled To Begin In July 2029 And Finish In July 2032. The Project Should Be Implemented Using The Bim Methodology; The Contractor Takes On The Role Of Bim Manager In The Bim Process. The Specific Task Is Attached As An Appendix To The Tender Documents. The Client Receives Advice In This Process From The Office D&K Drost Consult Gmbh. In Further Tenders, The Services Of Object Planning, Structural Planning And Technical Equipment (Divided Into Hls, Elt And Laboratory Planning) Will Be Awarded Separately.
