The Object Of This Purchase Involves Design, Technical Assistance, Procurement Of Equipment And Execution Of Works For The Investment Objective: Installation Of New Equipment For The Production Of Useful Thermal Energy In Cogeneration (Chp) In Cet I Iași, Detailed In The General And Particular Technical Specifications Sections Of The Specifications. The Purchase Consists Of: A. Design And Technical Assistance A) The Preparation Of Technical Documentation For Obtaining All The Approvals, Agreements And Authorizations Necessary For The Realization And Operation Of The Investment Objective, Mentioned In The Urban Planning Certificate, According To The Legislation In Force In Romania; B) Drawing Up The Technical Project (Including The Documentation For Obtaining The Building Permit) And The Execution Details; C) The Technical Assistance Provided By Specialized Designers In The Fields Involved In Making The Investment, During The Execution Of The Works And The Reception Phases; D) Delivery Of The Documentation Conforming To The Execution And The Technical Book Of The Construction. The Documentation Will Be Developed Based On The Feasibility Study Developed In Accordance With The Provisions Of H.G. No. 907/2016, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, National Standards And Technical Regulations In The Field, Technical-Economic Indicators And The General Budget For The Objective: Installation Of New Equipment For The Production Of Useful Thermal Energy In Cogeneration (Chp) In Cet I Iași - Documentation And Documents That Were Approved By The Decision Of The Local Council (H.C.L.) No. 127/10.04.2024, Modified By H.C.L. No. 46/28.02.2025, Amended By H.C.L. No. 254 / 02.07.2026. B. Execution A) Manufacturing And Delivery Of Technological Equipment And Machinery (Procurement); B) Execution Of The Works: - Construction Works And Related Installations, Including Making Connections To Utilities (Natural Gas, Electricity, Drinking Water, Sewage); - Technological Equipment And Machinery Assembly Works, Including Making Technological Connections (Electricity, Natural Gas, Treated Water, Heating Water, Sewage); C) Performing Technological Tests And Samples; D) Training The Operating Staff Of The Operator; E) Putting The Investment Objective Into Operation, Including The Demonstration Of Guaranteed Performances; F) Remedying Any Defects That Appeared During The Warranty Period. Contract Duration 26 Months (Of Which 4 Months Design And 22 Months Execution Of Works).
