Repair And Maintenance Services Of Locomotive Brakes And Brake Parts – Repair Of Brake Hydraulic Units Of Caf Trams. Repair Of Brake Hydraulic Units Of Caf Trams, Within The Framework Of A Business Framework Contract (Service Order) Total Quantity (Planned): 80 Units/24 Months. During Repairs, The Original Design, Functionality And Technical Parameters Of The Brake Hydraulic Units Must Be Restored. The Tasks Are Described In The Price Table, And The Detailed Technical Requirements Are Contained In The Technical Description. The Tenderer Draws Attention To The 321/2015. (X. 30.) To The Provisions Of Section 46 (3) Of The Government Decree. The Quantities Given In The Price Table Have Been Determined For A Period Of 12 Months Based On Previous Usage Experience, So-Called Empirical Quantities. The Experimental Quantities Have Been Given For The Purpose Of A Well-Founded Assessment Of The Offers, To Determine The Total Offer Price Without Vat, The Quantities Procured Under The Contract May Differ From These Experimental Data. The Bidder Must Submit His Bid In The Knowledge Of The Above. Only The Unit Prices Are Indicated In The Annex To The Contract To Be Concluded. The Tenderer Undertakes To Issue An Order With A Total Value Of 70% Of The Total Sum Fixed In The Framework Contract. The Bidder Must Submit His Bid In The Knowledge Of The Above. The Tenderer Must State In His Offer, Duly Signed, That: • He Has The Necessary Tools, Machines And Appropriate Specialists To Carry Out The Repairs; • The Bidder Or His Subcontractor Performing The Repair Has The Repair Instructions/Technology Detailed In The Technical Description And Undertakes To Present The Repair Instructions/Technology To The Bidder Within 15 Calendar Days After The Contract Enters Into Force; • The Deadline For Completion, Which Cannot Be More Than 120 Calendar Days; • Provides The Bidder With The Opportunity For Inspection Between Repairs During The Contract Period, For Which He Provides All The Means And Conditions; • Undertakes The Delivery Of The Parts To Be Repaired From The Place Of Delivery, As Well As The Return Delivery Of The Repaired And Dismantled Parts, Free Of Charge; • Ensures The Protection Of The Integrity Of The Repaired Parts During Transport And Storage, The Packaging Protects The Part Against The Ingress Of Dust, Water And Other Contaminants; • Provide The Repaired Parts With A Measurement Report, With The Content Prescribed In The Technical Description; • Agrees To Hand Over The Parts Removed And Replaced As Part Of The Repair To The Bidder At The Same Time As The Repaired Part; • Acknowledges That - The Contracting Authority Only Sends Orders By E-Mail, For Which Purpose It Ensures That The Orders Are Received At A Single E-Mail Address In Case Of Winning, - The Date Of Communication Of The Order To The Winning Bidder By The Contracting Authority Is The Date Of Dispatch Of The Order To This E-Mail Address, And The Winning Bidder Is Obliged To Ensure That The Order Is Received At The E-Mail Address Specified By Him On The Day Of Dispatch By The Contracting Authority; • The National Vag
