The Hämeenlinna Parish Association Is Requesting A Bid For The Contract For The New Building Of The Central Parish Hall In Hämeenlinna. The Contract Form Is A Total Contract. The General Contractor Is A Contractor Of Construction Engineering Works Acting As The Main Contractor (Hereinafter Also The Contractor) And As The Main Implementer As Defined By The Legislation, Responsible For Site Management Duties And Site Services In Accordance With Section 3 Of Yse 1998. In The Construction Project, E.G. Facilities Related To Religious Practice, Such As Meeting Rooms, Parish Hall, Office Spaces And Kitchen. The Parish Part Is Made Of Wood For Load-Bearing Structures. In Addition To This, The Project Has A Construction Part Where 15 Apartments For Sale Will Be Built. The Apartment Part Has Load-Bearing Structures Made Of Concrete. The Project Will Also Build Two Floors Below The Ground Level, Which Will Include E.G. Crypt, Civilian Shelter, Storage Facilities, Technical Facilities And Parking Garage. Scope Of The Project - Floor Area 4650 M2 - Other Area 2276 M2 (Basement K1 & K2, Attic) - Total Area 6926 M2 An Architectural Competition Was Organized For The Design Of The Project And The Building Can Thus Be Classified As High Standard.
