Architectural Services For Buildings – Max Planck Institute For Biochemistry (Martinsried) - Bioc360 – Renovation Bt Gh - “Specialist Planning For Technical Equipment (Hkls)”. The Buildings On The Martinsried Campus Of The Two Institutes Mpi For Biochemistry And Mpi For Biological Intelligence From The 1970S Are In Great Need Of Renovation And Are No Longer Suitable For The Future Requirements Of Scientific Research Work In The Long Term. The Ground Floor And 1St Floor As Well As Parts Of The 2Nd Floor Of The Gh Section Of The “Großer Stern” Have Been Empty For A Long Time And Have Not Been Significantly Renovated Or Rebuilt Since The Time It Was Built. This Major Construction Project Is Intended To Renovate These Areas To Accommodate Four New Appointments For Both Institutes By The Beginning Of 2030. The Aim Is To Build Standardized Generic Laboratory Areas With The Associated Office Space. As Part Of This Construction Project, It Is Also Planned To Carry Out The Long-Overdue Renovation Of The Central Ventilation Systems In The Bt Gh. This Approach Ensures That The Two Institutes Can Be Appointed In Parallel With The Construction Of The New Campus. The Subject Of This Vgv Award Procedure Is The Required Services Of The “Technical Equipment Specialist Planning (Hkls)” In Accordance With Section 55 In Conjunction With Appendix 15 Of The Hoai 2021 For Alg 1, 2, 3, 7 & 8 In Lph 2 To 3 And 5 To 9, Plus Special Services.
