The Subject Of The Order Is: Upgrading The Video Surveillance System For The Needs Of The Student Dormitories At The Technical University - Sofia. The Current Public Order Includes The Supply, Assembly, Installation, Commissioning, Technical And Warranty Support Of 354 Ip Cameras, 354 Distribution Boxes, 25 Switches, 16 Recorders, 16 Hard Disks, 13 Communication Cabinets, 17,680 Meters Of Ftp Cable And 5,100 Meters Of Cable Channel. After Successful Installation And Configuration Of All Components Of The Video Surveillance System, Tests Should Be Carried Out To Establish The Operability And Functionalities Of The System. The Testing Is Carried Out In Real Conditions After Agreement With The Contracting Authority And/Or With The Participation Of Representatives Determined By The Contracting Authority. Within The Term Of Execution Of The Contract, The Contractor Also Conducts Training For Representatives Of The Contracting Authority On Proper Operation And Work With The Built System, For Which A Protocol Is Signed. The Purpose Of This Public Procurement Is To Upgrade The Existing Video Surveillance System By Covering All Entrances, Corridors, Staircases And Emergency Exits, As Well As To Increase The Storage Time Of The Recordings. In The Buildings Of The Student Dormitories Of Tu Sofia, There Is A Video Surveillance System With A Minimum Number Of Cameras Located Mainly In Front Of The Stairs And Elevators. The Video Recorders And Switches Of Each Block Are Located In The Janitors Rooms, And A Communication Link Has Been Established With A Video Surveillance Room Located In The Second Study Block Of Tu Sofia, Where Real-Time Monitoring Is Carried Out. The Available Equipment And The Corresponding Quantities Are Indicated In The Technical Specification Of The Participation Documentation. ​​​​​​​The Components Of The Video Surveillance System Must Be: New, Unused, In Original Factory Packaging; To Be In Accordance With The International, European And Republic Of Bulgaria Requirements For Radio Frequency Interference, Electromagnetic Compatibility, Safety And Noise Levels; Meet All Requirements In The Republic Of Bulgaria And/Or The Eu Regarding Technical Operation, Fire Safety, Safety Standards And Connection To The Electrical Network. All Requirements And Parameters Are Specified In The Technical Specification Of The Participation Documentation. The Contract Enters Into Force From The Date Of Its Registration In The Records Of The Contracting Authority. The Maximum Term For Delivery, Assembly, Installation And Commissioning Is Up To 90 Calendar Days, Starting From The Date Of Registration Of The Contract In The Contractors Record Keeping System. The Warranty Service And Maintenance Of The Built Video Surveillance System Must Be A Minimum Of 24 (Twenty-Four) Months, Counted From The Date Of Handover By The Contractor To The Employer Of The Entire System Based On The Acceptance And Handover Protocol Certifying Delivery, Installation, Installation And Commissioning.
