The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is The Supply, Installation And Commissioning Of A System For Imaging And Analysis Of Live And Dead Cells, Together With Services Related To The Subject Of Supply According To The Specifications Set Out In The Draft Purchase Agreement (Annex No. 3 Of The Procurement Documentation). Annex No. 1 Of The Draft Purchase Agreement Contains The Technical Conditions Of The Subject Of Performance In The Form Of Determination Of Absolute (Minimum) Technical Requirements. If A Participant In The Tendering Procedure Does Not Meet Any Of The Absolute (Minimum) Technical Requirements, He Will Be Excluded From The Tendering Procedure. Fulfillment Of These Parameters Will Also Be Required By The Client As Part Of The Installation And Acceptance Of The Subject Of Performance.
