The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Installation, Configuration, Integration, Commissioning And Training Of Users In The Use Of A Complete, Integrated Uav Countermeasure System, Intended To Conduct Teaching Classes In The Detection, Tracking, Identification, Classification And Neutralization Of Unmanned Aircraft. The Uav Countermeasure System Must Be Equipped With A Multi-Sensor Operational And Training Environment Enabling Practical Activities Related To Observation, Threat Analysis, Countermeasures And Learning Airspace Protection Procedures Against Threats Generated By Unmanned Aircraft, Including Commercial, Semi-Professional, Autonomous Uavs, Fpv And Other Non-Standard Structures. The System Must Constitute A Complete, Integrated Technological Solution Including Interoperating Subsystems: • Radar Detection System, • Passive Rf Radio Detection System, • Daytime Imaging Observation System, • Ir Thermal Imaging Observation System, • Radio Jammer System Designed To Neutralize Uavs, • C2 Command, Control And Management System, • Operator Stations, The Uav Countermeasure System Must Enable: • Conducting Teaching Classes In A Real Environment, • Visualization Of Detection Processes And Neutralization Of Each Subsystem Separately In Order To Discuss And Understand The Functioning Of Anti-Drone Systems, • Analysis Of Real And Simulated Uav Threats, • Learning How To Detect, Classify And Identify Objects, • Implementation Of Airspace Violation Response Scenarios, • Use Of The System In Operational, Demonstration And Training Modes. • The System Should Provide The Ability To Work In A Stationary Environment And Selected System Elements In A Mobile Version, As Well As Support The Development Of Users Competences In The Field Of: • Radar Detection, • Radio Emission Analysis, • Optoelectronic Observation, • Threat Neutralization Procedures, • Operation Of Multi-Sensor Systems, • Air Situation Management Within A Uniform Operator Environment. The Provided Solution Must Be Complete, Ready For Use After Implementation And Adapted To Further Functional, Training And Technological Expansion, In Accordance With The Development Needs Of The Bsp Laboratory.
