Procurement Consultancy Services – Land Support - Line C / Airport Express Line / Connection Line B. This Consultation Follows A Declaration Without Follow-Up From The Previous Consultation. Its Purpose Is To Establish The Terms Governing The Land Support Mission To The Project Owner For The Completion Of All Procedures And Formalities Allowing The Temporary Or Permanent Occupation Of The Real Estate Necessary For The Completion Of Metro Projects In The Toulouse Metropolitan Area, Namely: - Airport Express Line, - Line B Connection (Clb) - Line C (Formerly Called 3Rd Line). - All Work Having Been Declared Of Public Utility And Urgent. The Contract Takes The Form Of A Single-Awarder Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders Placed In Application Of Articles L2125-1, R2162-1, R2162-2, R2162-4 To R2162-5 Of The Public Procurement Code. This Framework Agreement Is Concluded With A Maximum Amount In Application Of Article R2162-4-2° Of The Public Procurement Code. The Maximum Amount Of The Framework Agreement Is 945,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax. The Services Below Will Be The Subject Of Purchase Orders Drawn Up As And When Required, On The Basis Of The Prices Appearing In The Unit Price Schedule (Bpu). Operation Management Is Carried Out By Tisséo Ingénierie In The Name And On Behalf Of Tisséo Collectivités.
