Natural Gas - Purchase Of Natural Gas - Onesti Municipality. The Object Of The Acquisition Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement For The Supply Of Natural Gas Necessary For Consumers Under The Administration Of Onesti Municipality, For A Period Of 12 Months According To Law 98/2016 On Public Procurement With Subsequent Amendments And Additions. The Framework Agreement Will Be Signed With A Single Economic Operator And It Is Estimated That It Will Include 2 Subsequent Contracts With A Duration Of 6 Months Each, For 28 Methane Gas Consumption Points, According To The Specifications In The Specifications Part Of The Award Documentation. The Supply Of Natural Gas Will Be Done Respecting The Quality Parameters According To The Standards Issued By The Regulatory Authority In The Field And Under The Increased Technical Safety Conditions Imposed By The Legal Regulations In Force.
