This Section Is Part Of A Larger Cycle Link And Part Of The Departmental Cycle Plan Which Aims To Connect Pontarlier And Vallorbe In Switzerland. It Constitutes An Autonomous Operational Section, While Participating In The Continuity Of A Global Itinerary Whose Realization Is Planned In A Progressive Manner. The Contract Relates More Precisely To The Realization Of: - Preliminary Project Studies (Avp); - Project Studies (Pro); The Aim Of These Studies Is To Specify The Technical Characteristics Of The Development, To Define The Conditions For Its Implementation And To Establish The Estimated Cost, Consistent With The Guidelines Resulting From The Feasibility Studies Previously Carried Out. The Incumbent Must Also Take Charge Of The Environmental Studies Necessary For Carrying Out The Project. In This Capacity, He Will Be Responsible In Particular For Carrying Out The Examination Procedure On A Case-By-Case Basis, Within The Meaning Of The Environmental Regulations In Force. Depending On The Conclusions Of This Procedure, It May Be Necessary To Deepen Certain Specific Environmental Aspects (Natural Environments, Wetlands, Ecological Continuities, Etc.) And To Produce The Required Additional Studies. Furthermore, The Holder May Be Mobilized On A Complementary Mission To Provide Assistance To Project Management In Land Matters. This Mission May Include, Where Applicable, The Identification Of Uncontrolled Land Areas Necessary For The Project, The Analysis Of Land Constraints And The Contribution To The Definition Of An Appropriate Land Acquisition Or Control Strategy.
