The Subject Of The Order Is: 1.1. Provision By The Contractor Of A Service Consisting In Providing An Overview Of High-Resolution Satellite Data, Aimed At Identifying Changes In Reference Plots And Supporting The Current Update Of The Lpis Database By Using Satellite Imagery To Detect And Analyze These Changes In Selected Areas, Described In Detail In Annex No. 1 To The Ppu And Meeting The Requirements Specified In The Ppu, 1.2. Provision Of The Service In Polish, 1.3. Providing The Ordering Party With User Documentation Necessary To Use The Service, Describing At Least The Available Functionalities And How To Use The Service, Prepared In Polish, On The Date Of Launch Of The Service. The Ordering Party Allows Providing A Link To The Website Containing The Documentation Referred To In The Previous Sentence, 1.4. The Contractor Will Provide Instruction In The Use And Available Functionalities Of The Service For 20 Users (1 User = 1 License) Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Instruction Will Be Conducted In Polish, Electronically Via Ms Teams. 1.5. Guaranteed By The Ordering Party The Use Of A Minimum Of 8,000 Km2 Of Actively Viewed Imagery As Part Of The Service As Part Of The Basic Order. 2. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: 2.1. Providing Access To High-Resolution Satellite Imagery (Spatial Resolution < 5 M) In Real Colors (Rgb) In The Streaming Overview Formula (Internet Platform - Without The Possibility Of Downloading Data) With A Total Area Of ​​10,000 Km², Taken For The Territory Of Poland In The Period March 1 - December 31, 2026. 2.2. Providing Map Browser Functionality, Including: 2.2.1. Enabling Basic Analysis Of Changes Over Time (Time-Series) In A Given Period, 2.2.2. Filtering Satellite Images By Cloud Cover Level, Data Quality And Time Range. 3. An Area Of ​​10,000 Km² Is The Maximum Total Limit Of Actively Viewed Satellite Imagery By 20 Real Users (1 User = 1 License) During The Contract Period. This Limit Only Applies To Real-Time User-Defined Areas Of Interest (Aoi). 4. The Platform Should Enable Users To Search And Define Areas Of Interest (Aoi) In Real Time, Through: 4.1. Drawing The Area Directly On The Map, 4.2. Uploading The Aoi Definition File (E.G. Kml, Geojson, Shp). For Each Aoi Entered, The Real-Time Service Should Enable Obtaining A List Of Available Satellite Imagery Covering A Given Area. 5. The Area Of ​​The Aoi Indicated By The User In Real Time Is Deducted From The Available Limit Of 10,000 Km² Only At The Moment Of Actual Loading (Displaying) Of The Selected Satellite Imagery Covering This Area On The Map Background. 6. Once The Total Limit Of 10,000 Km² Has Been Reached
