The Client Aims To Conclude A Full-Service Rental Agreement For A Heart-Lung Machine With A Data Management System And A Hypothermia Device, In Which The Contractor Provides The Heart-Lung Machine(S), Provides The Hypothermia Devices, Manages The Entire Equipment Park, Provides Service/Support, Takes Over Data Management And Provides And Maintains The Consumables. Temporary Hiring Of Personnel Is Not Desired. The Client Currently Has 3 Heart-Lung Machines From Livanova, Model S5 And 3 Hypothermia Machines From Livanova (Heater-Cooler Livanova 3T). The Client Would Like The Option To Be Able To Rent One Or More (Maximum 3) Additional Heart-Lung Machines And A Maximum Of 3 Additional Hypothermia Machines During The Contract Term If The Existing Devices Fail.
