The Purpose Of This Framework Agreement Is The Supply Of Industrial Gases And The Rental Of Gas Containers For The Benefit Of The Cfa Sites Of The Chamber Of Trades And Crafts Of The Provence-Alpes-Côte Dazur Region (Cmar Paca). The Expected Services Are Described In The Specifications Of Special Technical Clauses (Cctp) And The Financial Document. This Framework Agreement Is Concluded According To The Formalized Procedure. This Is An Open Call For Tenders, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Articles L. 2124-1 And 2124-2 And R. 2124-1 And R. 2124-2 And R. 2161-2 To R. 2161-5 Of The Public Procurement Code. The Services Give Rise To A Single-Award Framework Agreement Which Is Executed Partly By Purchase Orders, With No Minimum And With A Maximum In Value, And Partly By Fixed-Rate Services (Article R. 2112-6 Of The Public Procurement Code). • Part Of The Service Is Subject To A Fixed Price For The Rental Of Gas Containers. • Part Of The Services Are The Subject Of Purchase Orders For The Supply Of Gas. Concerning Unit Price Services, These Are Carried Out As Purchase Orders Are Issued, In Application Of Articles R. 2162-1 To R. 2162-6 And R. 2162-13 To R. 2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code. Purchase Orders Can Be Issued Until The End Of The Validity Of The Framework Agreement. The Forecast Purchase Quantities Are Mentioned By Cfa In The Financial Annex, For Purely Indicative Purposes And Do Not Constitute A Contractual Commitment For Orders From Cmar Paca.
