The Work Covered By This Framework Agreement Concerns The Protection By Painting Of Structures And Equipment Of Engineering Works On The Road Network Of The Nord Department. The Description Of The Services And Their Technical Specifications Are More Fully Indicated In The Specific Technical Clauses. This Is A Multi-Awardee Framework Agreement, Concluded With A Maximum Of Four (4) Economic Operators. It Will Be Executed Partly By The Conclusion Of Subsequent Contracts And Partly By The Issuance Of Purchase Orders, When The Need Arises. If Only One Candidate Is A Bidder Or Compliant, The Framework Agreement Becomes De Facto Single-Awardee. The Market Is Estimated At 3,000,000.00 Euro(S) Excluding Tax, Or 3,600,000.00 Euro(S) Including Tax Over 24 Months.
