With The Expiry Of The Current Contract For The Operation Of The Shared Accommodation For Temporary Accommodation In Accordance With The Laufng Bbg And For Homeless People At An Den Seefichten 20 In The City Of Frankfurt (Oder) On March 31, 2025, The City Of Frankfurt (Oder) Will Operate The Shared Accommodation Independently From June 1, 2025. For This Purpose, The Service Of Guarding The Shared Accommodation Is Advertised For The Period From October 1St, 2026 To September 30Th, 2028 Inclusive. The Shared Accommodation Accommodates Up To 37 Homeless People, Plus Up To Another 8 Homeless People In Night Shelter, As Well As Up To 100 People From The Group Of Refugees, People Who Have Been Resettled Late And Other People Who Have Immigrated From Abroad Who Are To Be Admitted In Accordance With The Laufng Bbg. A Total Of 52 People Are Currently Accommodated. The Task Of Ensuring And Enforcing Order And Security In The Accommodation, Including Access Control, Is Assigned. The Access Control Measures Ensure Complete, Up-To-Date Documentation Of The Presence Of People On The Premises And In The Buildings As Well As Compliance With The House Rules. At The Latest And Closes At 9 A.M. In The Winter Months (Usually October To March, Possibly Beyond Due To Weather Conditions), The Night Shelter Serves As Cold Relief And Is Open All Day.
