Construction Work - Reconstruction Of The High-Performance District Heating Network With Pre-Insulated Pipes 2Xdn400 (2Xdz406.4/630 Mm) At Ul. Saint Saint Cyril And Methodius In Szczecin – Stage Ii. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Reconstruction Of The High-Performance District Heating Network, The Heating Connection And The C10 Chamber At Ul. Saint Saint Cyril And Methodius In Szczecin. The Investment Includes The Dismantling Of Existing Reinforced Concrete Channels And The Construction Of A District Heating Network Made Of Pre-Insulated Pipes With Series 2 Insulation. The Existing Heating Chamber No. C10 Is Scheduled For Renovation. Construction Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Design Documentation Provided By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Responsible For Securing The Necessary Materials, Equipment And Resources To Complete The Order. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 10 - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), Which Consists Of: (1) Design Documentation (Technical Design); (2) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) And In The Contract Template, Which Constitutes Annex No. 9 To The Swz. The Contractor Is Obliged To Read And Apply The Principles Applicable To The Ordering Party, Expressed In The Following Documents (Constituting Annexes To The Swz): - E.On Supplier Code;  Environmental Guidelines For Suppliers Of Goods And Services;  General Conditions Of Execution And Acceptance Of Works For Sec Sp. Z O. O.;  Information Clause;  And An Occupational Health And Safety Declaration, Which Affects The Amount Of Penalties For Individual Offenses. Note: During The Execution Of The Order, The Exclusions Of Heat Distribution To Recipients Should Be Limited To The Necessary Minimum. Permissible Exclusions, Their Number And Duration Are Specified In The Agreement Template - Annex No. 9 To The Swz. The Exact Date Of Interruptions In Heat Supply Should Be Agreed With The Ordering Party At Least 9 Days Before The Planned Disconnection Of Heat Supplies To Consumers. In No Case Does The Ordering Party Agree To Turn Off Heat Supplies To Customers From December 1, 2026 To May 10, 2027 And After September 30, 2027.
