Whg Wohnungsbau- Und Hausverwaltungs-Gmbh Eberswalde (Whg), A Municipal Housing Company In The Barnim District With Around 5,800 Apartments And Around 100 Commercial Units In 374 Properties, Intends To Conclude A Framework Agreement In Accordance With Section 21 Vgv With Up To Three Contractors For Local Heating Contracting Services For Residential Properties In The Eberswalde Urban Area. The Subject Of The Service Is The Complete Heat Supply To Selected Whg Districts In The Model Of Heat Supply Contracting (Energy Supply Contracting): Planning And Project Planning, Complete Pre-Financing, Construction Of The Heat Generation System, The Distribution Network, The Transfer Stations And Ancillary Systems As Well As Operation, Maintenance And Servicing Over The Entire Contract Period In Accordance With Din 31051. Remuneration Is Based Exclusively On The Agreed Heat Price (Annual Basic Price And Labor Price); Ownership Of The Constructed Systems Remains With The Contractor.
