The Tender Is Therefore Based On The Provision Of A Fork Version Of The Software Base Of Camunda 7, Which Is Completely Under An Osi-Compliant Open Source License, With Defined Requirements For Compatibility, Maintenance, Support, Enterprise Functionalities Within The Meaning Of This Service Description, As Well As Accompanying Services. All Countries Are Responsible For The Procurement And Provision Of The Software Themselves. The Timing Of The Introduction Of The Individual Konsens Procedures Is Up To The States, Subject To Central Operational Planning For Konsens. The Framework Agreement Serves To Determine The Contractual, Legal And Economic Conditions For Subsequent Individual Calls And Does Not Establish An Obligation To Purchase. The Specific Provision Of Services Is Carried Out Exclusively On The Basis Of Individual Requests, Which Are Designed As An Evb-It Transfer Agreement Type A.
