Work Detail
Engineering Services – Expansion And New Construction Of District Heating Transfer Stations In Ludwigslust - Specialist Planning Tga Ag 1-5 And 8. The Subject Of The Project Are Two New Technical Transfer Points To Be Built: - A New District Heating Transfer Station To Be Built At The Tav Location, - A New Transfer Point To Be Built In The Bauernallee Boiler House. The Boiler House Already Has A Generation And Distribution Structure With Two Biogas Chp Units, Two Hot Water Boilers And Three Network Pumps. These Existing Systems Will Remain Part Of The Future Supply System. The Integration Of Tav Serves To Expand The Existing Heat Supply And Does Not Currently Replace The Existing Producers. The Tav Is Integrated As An Indirect Hydraulic Connection Via Heat Exchangers. The Transfer Station At The Tav Is To Be Provided With Three Pumps Arranged In Parallel And Two Heat Exchangers, One Of Which Is Redundant. An Exit Towards Grabow Must Be Planned At This Station. The Hydraulic Design Must Be Coordinated With The Inventory In The Boiler House. The Interface To The Boiler House Must Be Designed In Such A Way That The Flow And Return Are Led Out Of The Boiler House And The Integration Takes Place Behind The Three Existing Network Pumps. This Means That The Additional Feed-In From The Tav Is Integrated Into The Existing Network At The Appropriate Point. Essential Boundary Conditions Must Be Taken Into Account For The District Heating Connection. This Includes A Heat Output Of Up To 8 Mw, Flow Temperatures Of 60 To 90 °C, Return Temperatures Of Up To A Maximum Of 66 °C And A Network Pressure Maintenance Of At Least 2.5 Bar. For The Tav, A Maximum Thermal Output Of 8 Mw Is Also Assumed With An Optimized Combination Of Electricity Production And District Heating. The Measure Should Be Carried Out Completely Over The Service Phases 1 To 8. Lph 9 Can Be Edited. In The Long Term, The Entire System Can Be Further Developed So That Additional Geothermal Heat Sources Can Be Integrated.
