The Contractor Must Carry Out Post-Construction Cleaning Of The Entire Building Area In The School And Sports Building. The Performance Limit Is The External Facade; The External Areas Are Cleaned By A Separate Trade. In Addition To Rooms Used For Schools, Offices And Sports, As Well As Several Sanitary Facilities In Smaller And Larger Versions, Several Technical And Storage Areas, The Cleaning Also Includes Larger Foyers, An Auditorium, A Sports Hall And A Swimming Pool. The Latter Areas In Particular Have Large Room Heights And Large Glass Facades.
