Delivery And Implementation Of Software Not Included In Point 1, For The Functionalities Described In The Opz For Routers; 3. Provision Of Maintenance Services For The Above-Mentioned Devices And Providing Manufacturers Technical Support For The Software; 4. Providing Consulting Services. The Subject Of The Order Are Ict Products And Services Within The Meaning Of The Act Of July 5, 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 20, As Amended). Opz, Was Included In Annex No. 11 To The Swz And In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. Order Completion Date: 1. Delivery And Implementation Of The Supplied Devices And Software (Including The Provision Of As-Built Documentation) Within 4 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. The Date Of Implementation Of The Devices And Software Will Be Indicated In The Delivery Acceptance And Implementation Protocol Signed By The Parties; 2. Providing Device Maintenance Services, Including Providing Manufacturers Support For The Software, Within A Period Of 36 Months From The Date Of Acceptance Of The Implementation Of Devices And Software, Confirmed By The Delivery Acceptance And Implementation Protocol; 3. Provision Of Consulting Services Within A Period Of 36 Months From The Date Of Acceptance Of The Implementation Of Devices And Software, Confirmed By The Delivery Acceptance And Implementation Protocol. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented In Accordance With The Provisions Contained In The Opz, Constituting Annex No. 11 To The Swz, And In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz.
