Mixed Municipal Waste And Bio-Waste Should Be Transferred To The Municipal Installation. 3. The Performance Of The Subject Of The Order Is To Be In Accordance With The Provisions Of Environmental Protection Law And Sanitary Regulations, Including The Regulation Issued Pursuant To Art. 9D Section 2 Of The Act On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities. 4. Execution Of The Order Using Vehicles In Accordance With The Requirements Described In The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of January 11, 2013. To Complete The Order, The Contractor Must Use At Least: • 2 Vehicles Adapted To Collect Municipal Waste, Including 1 Vehicle With The Function Of Washing Containers With A Closed Water Circuit, Adapted To Wash And Disinfect Containers At The Place Of Waste Collection. • 1 Vehicle Adapted To Collect Separately Collected Municipal Waste, • 1 Vehicle For Collecting Waste Without A Compacting Function (With A Gate Body), The Vehicles Should Meet The Requirements Of The Permissible Exhaust Emission Standard - At Least The Euro 5 Standard. If The Contractor - In Order To Properly Perform The Contract, Ensure Continuity Of Service Provision, Reserve Service, Emergency Replacements Or In Response To Increased Rolling Stock Needs - Expands The Fleet Of Dedicated Vehicles Or Actually Used To Service The Commune Beyond The Minimum Indicated Above, The Contractor Will Adjust The Structure Of The Entire Fleet Used To The Legally Required Limit Of At Least 9% Of Clean Vehicles Within The Meaning Of The Act On Electromobility And Alternative Fuels.
