Submission Format: Bids must be submitted/deposited on a CD through the CAPT website, except for the text of the offer and the bid bond, which must be submitted on paper. Exemptions: Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are exempt from tender document fees provided they attach a valid certificate from the National Fund. Condition: This tender is indivisible.
