Tenders are invited for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Smart Board-65 19 Nos Required Bid Security in LKR 60,000/- A completed set of bidding documents in English Language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written letter by Bidder or bidders representatives to the address: Divisional Secretariat, Sri Jayawardhanapura Kotte, Rajagiriya, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of LKR 1,000/ = per procurement document to the Shroff Counter on the Ground Floor at the address stated above (in Para 2) from 17.07.2026 between 9.00 am and 3.00 pm up to 06.08.2026. The mode of payment shall be by Cash and attach the payment receipt with the bid at the time of submission. Bids shall be valid for a period of 77 days from the date of deadline for submission of the Bids; until 23rd October 2026. Bids in two copies indicating as Original and Duplicate, must be delivered to the address given below at or before 10.30 am on 07.08.2026. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened at 10.30 hours on the same day at the Accountants Room of the Divisional Secretariat Sri Jayawardhanapura, Kotte, in the presence of Bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend in person All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in favour of Divisional Secretary, Secretariat, Sri Jayawardhanapura Kotte. The amount of the Bid Security shall be as specified in the table above. Bid Security shall be valid for 105 Days from Bid closing date; until 20th November 2026. The title of the hid should be clearly mentioned in the top left corner of the bid submission envelope as specified below.
