Tenders are invited for Transportation Services Procurement of Transportation Company ABAAD Resource Center for Gender Equality is a UN ECOSOC accredited organization that aims to achieve gender equality as an essential condition to sustainable social and economic development in the MENA region. ABAAD advocates for the development and implementation of policies and laws that enhance womens effective participation, through a rights-based approach that would bring about tangible change to gender justice. With the purpose of ending gender-based violence, ABAAD adopts a holistic care approach to provide protection and support services to GBV survivors/right holders during times of peace, war and disasters since 2011. OVERALL GOAL OF THIS ASSIGNMENT To contract a qualified transportation service provider to ensure the safe, reliable, timely, and cost-effective transportation of staff, beneficiaries, materials, and/or project-related activities across Lebanon, in compliance with applicable safety, operational, and contractual requirements. Eligibility Criteria: 1. General Eligibility Criteria Legal registration in Lebanon Valid VAT registration (if applicable). Owner or CEO or GM passport/I.D. copy 2. Technical Criteria Ensure availability of well-maintained vehicles. Provide professional, licensed drivers. Fleet size and specifications (vehicle types, age, condition) Service coverage (geographical areas, operating hours). Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Company profile and legal documents. 3. Financial Criteria · Prices must be fixed for the duration of the contract unless otherwise agreed. Any discounts offered should be clearly stated. Incomplete financial proposals may be rejected. the company reserves the right to negotiate rates with the selected bidder. The project scope requires the execution of an average of 20 trips per month, and we kindly request confirmation and approval of this frequency as part of the agreed operational framework."
