Request for proposals for Implementation of Ai Days for Students at Universities in Lebanon Call for Proposals: AI Days at Universities in Lebanon DW Akademie is inviting qualified Lebanese organizations to submit technical and financial proposals for the design and implementation of a series of AI Days at universities across Lebanon. The initiative aims to strengthen AI literacy, Media and Information Literacy (MIL), critical thinking, and informed discussions on the opportunities, risks, and ethical implications of Artificial Intelligence in journalism, media production, and media consumption. Scope of the assignment The selected organization will: Design and implement AI Days at Lebanese universities. Coordinate participating universities and recruit students. Recruit and coordinate qualified trainers and experts. Develop a mobile outreach component. Implement complementary digital outreach activities. Deliver monitoring, documentation, and final reporting. Suggested topics AI Literacy and responsible AI use Artificial Intelligence in journalism AI-generated disinformation and misinformation Fact-checking and verification tools Ethical implications of AI AI and conflict reporting Opportunities and risks of generative AI Media and Information Literacy (MIL) in the age of AI Eligibility Applicants should: Be legally registered in Lebanon. Have experience working with Lebanese universities and youth. Demonstrate expertise in AI literacy, media literacy, journalism, digital education and/or fact-checking. Have sound financial and administrative systems. Have experience managing contracts funded by international donors.
