Since 2018, The Planning Capacity In Housing Construction Plans In The Netherlands Has Been Inventoried. Public Housing And Spatial Planning (Vro) Carries Out This Inventory Together With The Association Of Dutch Municipalities (Vng) And The Interprovincial Consultation (Ipo). The Data From This Inventory Is Used By Vro To Manage Housing Construction Together With The Provinces And Municipalities. The Inventory Is Known As The National Housing Progress Monitor (Lmvw). For The Purpose Of This Inventory, All Municipalities Provide Information About Their Housing Construction Plans At Plan Level To A National Manager Via The Provinces. Agreements Have Been Made About This In A Data Protocol And In A Basic Set. The Ambition Is To Make The Current Lmvw Dataset More Accessible And To Load Data From Existing Data Sources Into The Lmvw. It Is Appropriate To Look For An Administrator Who Will Perform These Tasks. Hence The Tendering Of The Management Task. €1,000,000
