Based On Our Available Budget And The Presence Of Beavers And Excavation Damage, It Is Determined Annually How Much Mesh Should Be Installed And Which Area Has Priority. The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Arrive At One Framework Agreement For Two Clients With One Contractor. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded With The Tenderer Who Submitted The Tender With The Lowest Price. The Value Of The Framework Agreement (Further Assignments Of Both Water Boards Together) Is Estimated At An Average Of €500,000 Excluding Vat Per Year. Because It Concerns A Framework Agreement, A Maximum Value Must Also Be Stated. Because Developments In The Field Of Beaver Management Cannot Be Predicted That Far In Advance, We Believe It Is Advisable To Include Room For Flexibility And Growth. The Maximum Value Of The Framework Agreement Is Therefore Set At € 3,000,000 Excluding Vat (In Four Contract Years, For Both Water Boards Together). When This Maximum Value Is Reached, The Framework Agreement No Longer Has Any Influence.
