The Subject Of The Order Is The Planning Of Engineering Structures, Structural Planning, Technical Equipment And Ecological Construction Support As Part Of The Planning And Implementation Of The Conversion Of The Herne-Hofstrasse Flood Retention Basin And The Associated Ecological Improvement Of The Hülser Bach In The Section From Km 5.50 To Km 5.80. At The Location Of The Existing Hrb Her-Hofstrasse, The Hülser Bach Is To Be Relocated From The Current Course Into The Basin Area. By Relocating The Water Body, The Function Of The Hrb Is Changed From The Shunt To The Main Circuit. To Optimize The Control Of The Flood Retention Basin, A New Restrictor Structure Will Be Built.
