Due To The Security Requirements For Those Locations The Suppliers Often Need To Be Accompanied Into The Training Site Or Must Offload The Food At The Entrance To The Site (When Not Permitted To Enter The Site). As A Result It Is Preferable To Award The Contract For All Food And Non-Food Items Required To One Supplier To Limit The Number Of Deliveries And Training Disruptions. The Supplier Must Be Able To Provide All Of The Required Items On An As And When Required Basis For The Duration Of The Training.
