Rfi Vessel Traffic Management System (Vtms) . The Project Will Replace The Current Vtmis With A Modernized System. The New Vtmis Will Address These Identified Gaps Or Issues And Improve Ccg Services In The Following Ways:1) Improve Maritime Traffic Monitoring By Leveraging Rule-Based Automatic Alerts And Risk Analysis Tools To Assist The Mcts Officers In Anticipating And Mitigating Risks;2) Enable An Integrated Image, Showing Both Vessel Traffic And Waterways Conditions, Such As Geographical Features, Ice Conditions, Meteorological Information And Data From Other Sources, If Relevant; And,3) Harmonize Vessel Traffic Services Delivery With E-Navigation And The Adoption Of International Standards From The International Maritime Organization (Imo) And The International Hydrographic Organization (Iho).
