1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of A Fragment Of A Public Road - Ul. Gen. Andersa In Głuchołazy (Municipal Road No. 107155 O), Constituting Plot No. 1189/2 And Fragments Of Plots No. 1503/2, 1502/21, 1168/6, 1167 And 1181. This Road Was Damaged As A Result Of The Flood In 2024, After Which It Was Reconstructed And An Overlay Was Made On It Asphalt. As Part Of The Reconstruction Of The Road Section In Question, Embankments Were Made, The Sanitary Sewage System And The Water Supply Network Were Restored, Which Was Shown In The Document: As-Built Map Of The Reconstruction Of The Street. Andersa - Included In Annex No. 1 To Swz - Technical Documentation. The Works Covered By This Procedure Should Be Performed Based On The Design Documentation Renovation Of The Public Road Ul. Gen. Andersa In Głuchołazy, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Bill Of Quantities. These Documents Constitute Appendix No. 1 To Swz - Technical Documentation. The Works Covered By This Procedure Should Be Performed Based On Applicable Regulations, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Practice.2. Description Of Construction Works: The Scope Of Construction Works In General Includes: A) Measurement And Demolition Works Of Existing Surfaces, B) Earthworks, Profiling And Compaction Of The Subsoil, C) Construction Of A New Road Structure, D) Construction Of Sidewalks Made Of Gray Concrete Cubes And Exits Made Of Graphite Cubes, E) Construction Of Concrete Curbs And Edges, F) Construction Of Roadsides Made Of Crushed Stone, G) Construction Of A Network Of Underground Utilities - Storm Sewage System With Wells And Street Inlets, H) Accompanying Works, Including Vertical Adjustment Of Manholes For Sewer Manholes And Valves, I) Construction Of Vertical Markings And Installation Of Steel Protective Barriers, J) Top-Soiling And Sowing Green Areas With Grass.
