Execution Of Construction Works, Creating A Retention Basin For Water Introduced Via The Existing Storm Sewage System From The Area Of ​​Ul. Pużaka And Ul. Altera And Superficially From Ul. Grudkowski With Drainage Of Rainwater And Snowmelt On Plot 10-4599 Through Infiltration Ditches With Drainage Pipes. The Task Is Carried Out As Part Of The Project Entitled Integrated Infrastructure Projects Adapting The Area Of The City Of Mława To Changes In Weather Conditions By Improving Retention And Management Of Rainwater Implemented Under Contract No. Fepw.02.02-Iw.01-0017/23 Of May 23, 2024 Under The European Funds For Eastern Poland Program 2021-2027, Priority Fepw.02 Energy And Climate, Actions 2.2. Adaptation To Climate Change.2. Only One Offer May Be Submitted In The Proceedings By Completing The Offer Form And Attaching The Remaining Documents Indicated In The Swz Content.3. Securing The Investment Area, Setting Up Facilities And Equipment Necessary For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, Protecting Existing Facilities Against Damage, 5) Developing A Project For Temporary Traffic Organization (Not Applies),6) It Is The Contractors Responsibility To Prepare Complete Acceptance Documentation To Confirm Readiness For Use. The Above-Mentioned. The Contractor Performs The Activities On His Own Without Additional Remuneration. For The Purposes Of Executing The Order, The Contractor Shall Secure The Supply Of Energy And Other Possible Utilities On Its Own. 5. Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order, Including The Scope Indicated In Section 1 Is Specified In The Order Documentation Containing: 1) Technical Design, 2) Technical Specification, 3) Bill Of Quantities. All Accompanying Works Should Be Included In The General Construction Costs. 6. The Contractor May Submit Inquiries Regarding The Documentation Indicated Above To The Ordering Party In The Manner Specified In Art. 284 Of The Public Procurement Law.
