Linear Excavation: • Approx. 160 M, Depth Approx. 1.6 M, • Estimated 70% Mechanical Excavation, 30% Manual Excavation. • Earthworks From Excavations Suitable For Backfilling Should Be Stored Next To The Excavation. • Soil Not Suitable For Backfilling As Well As Rubble, Stones And Roots Should Be Removed.3. Complete Reinforcement Of Vertical Walls Of Linear Excavations With Formwork. Earthworks Should Be Carried Out In Dry Soil. 4. Making Bedding For Channels And Objects From Loose Materials 15 Cm Thick. 5. Making Backfill For Channels And Objects From Loose Materials 30 Cm Thick. 6. Removal Of Excess Soil. 7. Installation Of Pipelines Made Of Pvc-U Pipes Pn10 Dn 90 X 4.3• Installation Of Fittings With Socket Connections,• All Connections Must Be Tight And In Accordance With Technical Requirements,• Laying Of Pipes Is Permitted At Air Temperatures From 0°C To +30°C,• Changes In The Direction Of The Route Should Be Made By Using Appropriate Fittings (Arches),• Hot Forming Of Bends On The Construction Site Is Not Allowed,• Cold Bending Of Pipes With A Diameter Is Allowed Up To 160 Mm And 6 M Long, While The Radius Of Curvature Of The Formed Arch Cannot Be Less Than 300 Of The External Diameter Of The Pipe.8. Connection To The Building 1 And 2 Made Of Pvc-U Pipes Pn10 Dn 90 X 4.3 - Pcs. 2 • End The Entrance To The Building With A 2 Valve. • Seal The Passage Through The External Partition. 9. Connection Of The Pipeline To Node A Made Of Pvc-U Pipes Pn10 Dn 90 X 4.3 - Pcs. 1. • Connection To The Cut-Off Before The Existing Valve10. Installation Of Retaining Blocks To Prevent The Spigot End Of The Pipe From Slipping Out Of The Socket In Elbows, Bends, Tees And Socket Plugs. Retaining Blocks May Be Prefabricated Or Made On-Site From Poured Concrete, Provided They Are Carefully Rested On The Ground And Intact.11. Installation Of The Hp80 Underground Hydrant - 2 Pieces • The Hydrant Set Must Consist Of: - An External Underground Hydrant Ø 80 Mm, - A Ø 80 Mm Flanged Gate Valve, - A Telescopic Valve Housing, - A Flange Elbow With A Ø 80 Foot, - A Retaining Block. 12. Marking The Pipeline Route Laid In The Ground With A Plastic Tape With A Metallized Insert. 13 Backfilling Of Excavations With Hardening Of The Area.• Required Degree Of Compaction Is = 0.95.14 Leak Test And Disinfection Of The Laid Section Of The Pipeline.• Before Putting The Water Pipe Into Operation, The Following Should Be Performed: - Leak And Strength Test, - Preliminary Rinsing Of The Pipe To Remove Mechanical Impurities, - Disinfection To Remove Bacteriological Impurities, - Final Rinsing After Disinfection.• Pressure Test Is Carried Out After Laying The Pipe And Making The Layer Protective Device To Prevent The Cable From Moving.
