1) The Subject Of The Order Includes The Purchase Of A 9-Seater Car Adapted To Transport People In Wheelchairs. This Vehicle Will Be Used To Transport Disabled Children To Educational Institutions Providing Education, Therapy And Rehabilitation. The Vehicle Must Be Adapted To Transport Persons With Disabilities In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Have The Required Approvals And Documents Allowing It To Be Used In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland.2) The Subject Of The Order Must Be Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Claims Of Third Parties, With Complete Car Documentation Necessary For Registration And Operation. 3) The Offered Vehicle Must Be Brand New, Unused, Manufactured No Earlier Than In 2025 (Year Of Production: 2025 Or 2026). Brand New Should Be Understood As A Vehicle: - Unused, Without Prior Registration, - With A Mileage Not Exceeding 100 Km (Permissible Only Due To Activities Related To The Production, Transport Or Preparation Of The Vehicle For Release), - Without Any Damage Or Traces Of Use, - Covered By Full Manufacturers Warranty.4) The Permissible Total Weight Of The Vehicle Must Enable It To Be Driven By A Person With A Category B Driving License.5) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 9 To The Swz.
