The Subject Of The Order Is Reconstruction Of The Roof Covering On The Building Of The Commune Office In Jabłonna-Majątek, Including, Among Others: Replacement Of Roofing With Sheet Metal Work, Replacement Of Osb Firestop Boards With Damaged Substructure Elements, As Well As Replacement Of Insulation In Accordance With The Requirements And Guidelines Of The Ordering Party And Other Institutions That May Influence The Implementation Of The Investment. Design Documentation And Construction Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Pfu. In The Event Of Any Doubts Or Inconsistencies In The Above-Mentioned Documents, The Contractor Is Obliged To Contact The Ordering Party To Clarify And Agree On Appropriate Design Solutions. The Aim Of The Task Is To Restore The Flat Roof To Its Designed Functions - Primarily Its Tightness. In Order To Fulfill The Above Tasks, It Is Necessary To Dismantle The Existing Installations On The Flat Roof And Dismantle The Existing Layers Of Roofing, Substructure With Osb Firestop Boards, Insulation, Sheet Metal Flashings, And Then Perform All Layers In Accordance With The Guidelines Below. Development Of Design Documentation And Execution Of Construction And Installation Works For The Replacement Of Flat Roof Layers On The Building Of The Jabłonna Commune Office, To The Extent Including At Least: − Preparation Of Design Documentation (Covering The Entire Scope Of The Material Described In This Functional And Utility Program) Containing Construction And Technical (Executive) Designs Divided Into Industries Along With Obtaining A Building Permit In The Scope Needed To Obtain A Building Permit (If Required), − Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, − Detailed Bills Of Quantities And Cost Estimates, − Material And Financial Schedule For The Implementation Of Construction Works, − Preparation Of As-Built Documentation And Obtaining Consent To Use The Building, − Obtaining All Required Tests, Expert Opinions, Arrangements, Permits, Certificates Resulting From The Prepared Design Documentation.
