The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of A Hydrotechnical Structure - A Four-Span Weir, At Km 10+369 Of The Budkowiczanka River (Coordinates In The 1992 System X: 335139.60; Y: 413899.11). Thanks To The Renovation Of The Weir, The Retention Capacity Of The Budkowiczanka River And The Entire Area Will Be Increased In Accordance With The Layout Of The Irrigation System Administered By The Municipal Water Company. The Scope Of Works Includes Structural Elements Of The Damming Structure Operating Under The Influence Of Flowing Water, Which Requires Experience In The Construction Of Hydrotechnical Structures. The Weir Has A Concrete Body Of Abutments Covered With Clinker Bricks, Which Has Defects And Cracks As Well As Rotten And Washed Out Joints. The Scope Of Work Should Include: Cleaning The Walls, Preparing The Substrate, Repairing Joints (Repointing), Replacing Questionable Bricks, Repairing And Stitching Cracks, And Consolidating Injections. Dismantling Of Corroded Steel Structures Of Pillar Guides And Footbridge Structures, Workshop Reconstruction Of New Steel Structures Of The Weir, Including Installation And Assembly. The Gates Will Be Manually Actuated Using Hoisting Screws, Which Also Need To Be Fabricated. The River Bed 300 M Above The Structure And 200 M Below The Structure Will Be Subject To Maintenance Works And Strengthened With A Double-Sided Fascine.
