Tenders Are Invited For Expansion, Reconstruction, Renovation, Retrofitting Of The Existing Playground Belonging To The Nursery In The Bełżyce Commune As Part Of The Ministrys Active Playgrounds 2026 Program

4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Expansion, Reconstruction, Renovation And Retrofitting Of The Existing Playground Belonging To The Nursery In The Bełżyce Commune As Part Of The Ministrys Active Playgrounds 2026 Program At The Commune Nursery In Bełżyce, Ul. Bychawska 15A, 24-200 Bełżyce, Located On Plot No. 1045/2, District: 060901_4.0004, Along With Obtaining A Document (Certificate) From The Inspection Confirming Compliance Of The Playground And Surface With The Pn-En 1176 And/Or 1177 Standards. 4.2. The Subject Of The Order Is Implemented As Part Of The Ministrys Active Playgrounds 2026 Program. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Program Regulations, In Particular The Guidelines For Playgrounds Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Program Regulations And The Applicable Standards Pn-En 1176 And Pn-En 1177.4.3. In Order To Confirm The Compliance Of The Offered Playground Equipment And Surfaces With The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit, Together With The Offer, The Relevant Evidence, Including: A) Current Technical Cards Or Catalog Cards Of All Offered Playground Equipment And Other Elements Of Equipment Covered By The Design Documentation, Enabling The Identification Of The Offered Solution And Assessment Of Its Compliance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party; B) Certificates Of Compliance With The Pn-En 1176 And/Or Pn-En 1177 Standards, Reports Or Reports Tests Or Other Equivalent Documents Confirming Compliance Of The Offered Devices And Surfaces With The Requirements Of These Standards - If Such Documents Were Issued For The Offered Products By The Manufacturer Or Conformity Assessment Body. The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 105 Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, Accepts Certificates Issued By Conformity Assessment Bodies, Including Bodies Accredited By The Polish Center For Accreditation (Pca), As Well As Certificates Issued By Other Equivalent Conformity Assessment Bodies. If The Contractor, For Reasons Beyond His Control, Does Not Have Access To The Documents Referred To In Point B, Or The Possibility Of Obtaining Them In Due Time, The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 105 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, Will Also Allow Other Appropriate Means Of Evidence, In Particular The Manufacturers Technical Documentation, Declarations Of Conformity, Test Reports Or Other Documents Confirming That The Offered Equipment, Surfaces, Construction Works, Supplies Or Services Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Provided That The Contractor Demonstrates That The Inability To Submit Certificates Or Test Reports Is Not Attributable To Him. The Ordering Party Informs That All Information Regarding The Scope And Type Of Work To Be Performed For The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex No. 4 To The Swz - Design And Technical Docu
