The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Consisting In Construction Works, I.E. Construction Of A Municipal Road In The Town Of Kałuże - Route 2 On The Section From Km 0+000.00 (P.T.) To Km 0+336.77. The Scope Of The Investment Includes: 1) Construction Of A Road With A Surface Made Of Mineral-Bituminous Grit-Gravel Mixtures, 3.5 M - 4.0 M Wide, And 5.0 M Wide Passing Roads, Along With The Construction Of A Turning Area, 2) Construction Of 0.75 M Wide Roadsides Made Of Crushed Aggregate, 3) Execution Of Demolition And Preparatory Works, Including The Demolition Of Conflicting Development Elements Area And Cutting Down Trees, 4) Execution Of Earthworks, 5) Drainage Of The Road, 6) Construction Of Exits From Mineral-Bituminous-Gravel-Gravel Mixtures, 7) Strengthening Of Slopes And Subsoil, 8) Execution Of Markings. Note: The Ordering Party Informs That The Item Regarding The Collision Of The En Pole In The Attached Bill Of Quantities Is Excluded From The Subject Of The Order, Therefore It Should Not Be Included In The Offer. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Keep A Construction Log, Prepare And Implement Temporary Traffic Organization, Submit An Application For Obtaining A Permit To Use The Subject Of The Order On Behalf Of The Employer To The District Construction Supervision Inspector In Wieluń And Prepare As-Built Documentation, Including: 1) Construction Documentation With Changes Made In The Course Of Performing The Works, 2) Original Or Certified Copies Of Attestations And Certificates Confirming The Approval Of The Use Of Building Materials And Permanent Finishing Elements Used In The Execution Of The Order. Equipment And Technology.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Which Includes, Among Others: Design Documentation, Bill Of Quantities, Stwiorb. In The Remaining Scope, The Subject Of The Order And The Method Of Its Implementation Are Regulated By The Draft Agreement, Which Constitutes Annex No. 2 To The Swz. The Contractors Remuneration For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be A Lump Sum Remuneration, Not Subject To Verification, As A Result Of Which The Need To Perform Work Without Which The Subject Of The Order Could Not Be Completed And Which The Contractor Had Not Previously Anticipated Will Not Affect The Amount Of Remuneration - It Will Not Constitute Grounds For Increasing The Price Specified In The Offer. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For Partial Payments. The Minimum Quality And Warranty Period Required By The Ordering Party For The Subject Of The Order Is 36 Months From The Date Of Completion Of The Works - The Criterion For Evaluating The Offers. The Warranty And Guarantee Period Starts From The Date Of Completion Of The Works, And The Warranty And Warranty Periods Run Simultaneously.
