The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of One Brand New Light Quartermaster Car With Electric Drive For The Non-Commissioned Officers School Of The State Fire Service In Bydgoszcz, Together With The Delivery, Assembly, Commissioning And Checking The Correct Operation Of The Electric Vehicle Charging Station (Wallbox), Making The Necessary Connections And Applications, Training Selected Employees Of The Ordering Party And Providing Technical Documentation And Warranty Documents. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Minimum Technical, Functional And Quality Requirements Regarding The Vehicle, Its Equipment And Charging Station Are Set Out In Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz.2. Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Deadline For The Implementation Of The Order Is 4 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, No Later Than December 15, 2026, 2) The Contractor Will Provide A Guarantee And Warranty On The Terms Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Draft Provisions Of The Contract And In Accordance With The Contractors Offer, 3) The Warranty Period Subject To The Evaluation Of The Offers Should Be Indicated In The Offer Form And In Annex No. 3 To The Swz.
