Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of A Comprehensive Ultrasound Device, Including A Doppler With Cardio And Vascular Functions, As Well As A Function For Examining The Abdominal Cavity

1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Delivery And Commissioning Of An Ultrasound Device And Training Of The Ordering Partys Employees. Training For The Ordering Partys Employees In The Proper Operation And Disinfection Of The Device Will Take Place On The Date Agreed With The Ordering Party: 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is (List Of Technical And Operational Parameters, Required And Assessed) - Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 6 To Swz.4. The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Manufactured No Later Than In 2026, Not For Exhibition, Not Reconditioned, Not Being A Demo Device - Complete And Ready For Use Without The Need To Incur Any Additional Investment Purchases. 5. The Offered Equipment Must Have The Required Certificates And Markings Provided For In The Provisions Of The Act On Medical Devices, Proving The Required Authorization For Use And Marketing In Poland, I.E. The Ce Certificate And Declaration Of Conformity In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health On Essential Requirements And Procedures For Assessing The Conformity Of Medical Devices. In Addition, The Offered Equipment Must Be A Medical Device Approved For Trading And Use In Poland In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of April 7, 2022 On Medical Devices.6. If The Swz Indicates A Trademark, Patent Or The Origin Of The Subject Of The Order, An Equivalent Product With Parameters Not Worse Than Those Indicated By The Ordering Party In Annex 2 To The Swz Is Allowed. 7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With Operating, Maintenance And Servicing Instructions Prepared In Polish, As Well As Warranty Documents (Cards) And Other Necessary Documents (E.G. Technical Passports, Certificates) - Together With The Delivery Of The Device. 8. For The Offered Set: (Camera, Probes), The Contractor Will Provide At Least: 24-Month Warranty Period - Criterion Assessed - In Accordance With The Swz.
